What is Chevapi?

Chevapi (pronounced "che-VAH-pee") are grilled skinless sausages made from seasoned minced beef, a staple across Bosnia, Serbia, and Croatia. They're the Balkans' answer to the perfect street food — smoky, juicy, and deeply satisfying.

Every plate comes with soft lepinja flatbread, house-made kajmak, and chopped raw onion. That's not extra — it's included. Always.

Edmonton has never had a dedicated chevapi restaurant. We're here to change that. No fusion, no compromise, no twenty-page menu. Just chevapi, done the way they've been done for generations — grilled over open flame, served with fresh lepinja, ajvar, and house-made kajmak.

We're not reinventing anything. We're bringing something that's been perfected over centuries to a city that deserves to taste it.
